Order Status Guide
Here’s what each order status means:
- Processing: Your order has been received and is being prepared for shipment. This typically takes 1–2 business days.
- Shipped: Your order has been picked up by the carrier. Your tracking number is available on this page and in your account dashboard.
- Delivered: Your order has been delivered to the shipping address.
- Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled. If you were charged, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
